Since 2008, our Citizen of the Planet initiative continues to strive for an environment-friendly ecosystem and a reduced carbon footprint at Teleperformance. We ramped up our own climate ambitions by committing to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and adopting a greenhouse gas emission reduction target in line with the Paris Agreement. We have also joined the Climate Pledge, a coalition of over 200 companies committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2040.
We regularly organize training and campaigns to raise awareness about behaviors and initiatives that help protect the environment.
